2025 Mid-Atlantic Sea Glass & Coastal Arts Festival

All Events

Celebrate Sea Glass and Coastal Arts at the Lewes Historical Society’s 18th Annual Mid-Atlantic Sea Glass & Coastal Arts Festival on Saturday, June 7, and Sunday, June 8, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. – Rain or Shine.

Over 70 regional and local sea glass and coastal-themed artists will be available to showcase their unique art forms, including sea glass, jewelry, home decor, wood, metal sculpture, ceramics, photography, and painting. Bring your favorite pieces of sea glass to show our shard identification experts from the Delmarva Antique Bottle Club, who will be at the festival the entire weekend. Discover the origin and history of your pieces! A collection of antique glass will be on display and for sale. Observe how glassblowing is done today with hourly glassblowing demonstrations scheduled throughout the festival. Expand your knowledge of sea glass, and our own local Mid-Atlantic coast by attending interesting and educational presentations throughout the weekend on subjects such as shipwrecks, sea glass identification, and ocean and bay conservation.

Tickets are $10 per person, per day. Children 12 and under are free. You must show a receipt from your purchase at the gate for entry.

Event sponsorships are also available for purchase. Sponsorships must be secured and paid for by April 30th. Contact natalie@historiclewes.org with any questions.

This is a well-behaved dog-friendly event. Please make sure to have your furry friend on a short leash.
